Open Government/Freedom of Information Act

The federal Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and similar state laws are designed to ensure that government is transparent by providing members of the public with open access to government records. Unfortunately, government agencies often delay or deny access to public records. Through its litigation practice, TPM has gained extensive experience with using FOIA to obtain information relevant to its cases and in litigating FOIA disputes.

Contact Todd Gluckman at 202-204-8482 or tgluckman@tpmlaw.com if you have a potential FOIA or other open government case or for more information.
