On November 15th and 16th, 2010, a trial was held in this case. On November 16th, 2010, the trial court made legal rulings and then terminated the trial. The trial court then dismissed plaintiffs’ case. Plaintiffs appealed the trial court’s rulings (District of Columbia Court of Appeals, No. 11-cv-179). Briefing in the appeal by plaintiffs-appellants and defendants-appellees was completed on September 2, 2011.
